Study in Lille

Admissions and Procedures

Application deadline: We must have received your application a minimum of 3 months before the beginning of your mobility period.

You wish to apply to second-cycle medical studies (Med-6): :

> Your home university is one of our partners

*Please note: Your application must be first selected by your home university.

To complete your application for an Erasmus programme exchange :
- Erasmus + application forms, given to you by your home university
- Lille 2 online application : Moveon
- A letter of motivation addressed to Professor Eric Boulanger, Assessor of International Relations and Communications, includes the following elements: the dates planned for your mobility and your preferred classes or internship (for an internship, give 3 different department choices)
- A resume
- Your last grade transcript
- A certificate of your ability level in French (TCF/DELF/DALF certificate or a statement from a French professor)

To complete your application for a non-Erasmus exchange
- Written approval from your home university
- Lille 2 online application : 2 Moveon
- A letter of motivation addressed to Professor Eric Boulanger, Assessor of International Relations and Communications, includes the following elements: the dates planned for your mobility and your preferred classes or internship (for an internship, give 3 different department choices)
- A resume
- Your last grade transcript
- A certificate of your ability level in French (TCF/DELF/DALF certificate or a statement from a French professor)

> Your home university does not have a partnership agreement with the Lille School of Medicine

Terms
Observation period only.
One month maximum.
You must obtain the authorization of the International Relations Department at the Medical School, the director of the service in which you wish to observe and the Director of Medical Affairs of the hospital
You will not be registered at Lille 2 university.

The observation intern may request housing from the university, but they are not granted priority.
Application

When you arrive in Lille

During your stay

Your schedule, for an internship, will be given to you with an informational packet. For studies, you will receive the schedule for each discipline studied.

ECTS credits and grade transcript
The ECTS credit system is being put progressively in place at the Lille School of Medicine. As far as grade transcripts are concerned, for exchange programme students, the grade and number of hours are indicated for all courses currently without ECTS.

The grade transcript with be sent to the student as well as his or her home institution with a letter describing his or her internship or studies.

Assessment
- Internship evaluation sheet (identical to Lille University students)
- The terms and conditions for exams are accessible to students through the University intranet, and they are the same for both exchange students and Lille University students.
- In the case that an exchange student does not pass one or more exams, the student may attend re-sit exams (held August-September).

European Citizens
:
European interns are asked to submit their plan for their mobility period to the Lille University School of Medicine International Relations Office in order to receive more details on hosting availability.

Research Mobility :
Candidats for a mobility tied to a research project must contact the International Relations office at the Lille University School of Medecine for details on the possible conditions.
